I think that a good English teacher in Korea has indurence. When they teach Korean students, students don't study well maybe, because they are not American. So, teachers don't be upset. Learning is very difficult part of life, So they understand students' personal ability. Teacher's role is to teach something that helps life as well as to teach. Finally, teacher is a mentor for students, not parents. So, good English teachers must have indurence.
